RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Returns & exchanges must be received within 30 days from the date they were shipped. Returned items must be in new, unwashed and unused condition, in original packaging (as applicable), with original tags attached (as applicable).
Returns & exchanges must include an invoice or packing slip, your contact information, AND a written note explaining what you would like done with the return.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges on exchanges will apply to exchange requests unless otherwise mentioned.

Returns & exchange requests are generally processed within 1-3 business days. We will contact you by phone (604.524.587x3) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if further instructions are required.
For all warranty requests, please refer first to the manufacturer. Manufacturer defects/warranties are generally approved & handled directly with the manufacturer.
If the manufacturer instructs you to return the item to us, please contact us in advance to inform us of the situation. We may request & require a forwarded copy of the email chain between the manufacturer & yourself. We will provide further instructions on how to return the item to us.
If proof of purchase for your online order is required, please contact us at email@example.com and we will find an electronic copy of your invoice/receipt. We will require the exact item purchased, approximate date purchased, your final total including tax & shipping, your full name, and your email address that your account is registered under.
