ORDER PROCESSING: 

All prices listed online on www.dstactical.com are in CAD. We collect taxes on orders shipping within Canada according to CRA guidelines on charging and collecting taxes.

 

Please note that we cannot modify online orders once submitted on our site. In order to streamline processing on your order, we strongly recommend that you double check your order before submitting your order. Please confirm the items in your cart before checking out on our site. Please confirm that your shipping & billing information is filled out completely & correctly.

 

If your postal code/zip code is entered incorrectly, our system will only provide you with the Pickup in Store option & will not provide you with shipping options - please ensure your postal code/zip code is filled out correctly!

 

Paid online orders placed through our website typically take 1-3 business days to be processed for shipping. Orders paid after receipt of our automated email payment reminders may delay online order processing. Made-to-order / custom tailored items may delay online order processing. Seasonal online sales may delay online order processing.

 

Due to the high volume of department sales, certain high turnover items can sell out within minutes. Please note that our site will not automatically remove these items from your cart.

 

If there are problems or points for clarification for your online order, we will contact you via email (web@dstactical.com) or by phone (604.524.5867x3) - unless otherwise stated, your order will be put on hold pending your response.

 

SHIPPING:

Shipping cost and estimated delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected & if ETA if guaranteed is guaranteed by the shipping carrier selected. Please see the following links to our shipping carrier's websites for more information on transit times from our location (New Westiminster, BC, V3M 4J9, Canada): Canada Post & Fedex.

 

Tracking numbers are posted to your online order when your shipping label has been created & will become active when scanned in by a driver from the shipping carrier selected. Our shipping carriers send a driver to pick up once per day on business days. Due to concerns about lost un-tracked shipments, we do not ship via letter mail or other un-tracked shipping methods.

 

We ship to the exact shipping address as you have entered on your order; please ensure the shipping address you have entered is correct & complete before completing your online order. Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs due to incomplete shipping addresses.

 

By default, we do not ship with signature as this is not included in the shipping cost quoted on orders placed on our site. For certain high value items/orders, we may add the signature required option during processing on your online order at our discretion - at no extra charge to you. If you have a preference for signature required/not required, you can leave a comment in regards to this during the checkout process & we will do our best to accommodate this.

 

We do ship to Canada Post Flex Delivery addresses; please ensure the shipping address you have entered is correct & complete before completing your online order. Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs due to incomplete shipping addresses.

 

Online orders for Pickup In Store will be held under your name. Government issued photo ID may be required for confirmation of your identity for picking up orders in store. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pick up in store. The Pickup In Store option does not incur shipping charges. Orders for Pickup In Store will be held until you pick your order up. For alternate arrangements regarding orders held for pickup in store (e.g. having a friend pick up your order), please email us at web@dstactical.com prior to making your order.

 

We do not ship to known mail forwarders. We reserve the right to refuse orders shipping to known mail forwarders.

 

SHIPPING TO USA & INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES:

Online orders shipping to international addresses will ship via shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times will vary depending on location and carrier. Due to concerns about lost shipments, we do not ship via letter mail or other un-tracked shipping methods.

Taxes, duties and/are brokerage fees (as applicable for shipments destined outside Canada) are the responsibility of the recipient. When and how much these fees are depends on the order value, destination, and other factors beyond our control.

 

Shipping restrictions on certain items shipping to destinations outside of Canada may apply. DS Tactical reserves the right to refuse orders containing items that we cannot ship outside of Canada. If you order an item that cannot be shipped outside of Canada to a shipping address located outside of Canada, your order will be cancelled and your payment refunded.

 

If you are ordering an item that does not list shipping restrictions, but you are not provided with shipping options during the checkout process, please ensure your shipping address is filled out correctly & completely.

 

DS Tactical does not ship to known mail forwarders. DS Tactical reserves the right to refuse orders shipping to known mail forwarders. All international orders are subject to review to ensure validity. DS Tactical reserves the right to refuse business from anyone.
